Great day had at Snetterton, Jay takes 2nd place on the podium
Andy, Jay's very proud dad has written the report for the race.
Jay qualified well in 2nd place with a lot more competition in his class than usual.
He had a poor start in the 45 minute race in sweltering conditions. He fell back to 5th in class but managed to pull back to 3rd before a big accident caused the safety car to come out.
Thankfully Jay managed to pit early as the safety car came out and he rejoined in 4th place . He managed to get back to second in the 2 lap dash after the safety car came in.
A good result for the team, and Miller Motorsport as our other two drivers also got two podiums each in the Saturday.
We had alot of support, lots of guys came out to support from Hammonds, and joined us for Barbeque which was a brilliant end to the weekend.
