How it works

If your vehicle does break down, all you have to do is simply call the number supplied to you on your agreement and arrangements will be made for someone to go out to you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the problem is not able to be fixed at the roadside, you can have peace of mind knowing a courtesy vehicle will be organised as well as organising costs for alternative travel to your destination or even covering hotel accommodation for both you and your passengers if needed. 

If  you happen to break down in Europe and your vehicle is unable to be repaired on the roadside there and then, arrangements can be made for your vehicle to be sent to one UK address (for example: Home, work or even a Ford dealer). Ford Service and Roadside Assistance (Ford S.A.R.A) is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You only need to make one phone call, regardless of wherever you are in Europe*.
